Best Diet supported by Medical Professionals

August 15, 2009 -- On August 15th the Journal of the American Diabetic Association claims that obesity is now the greatest threat to the health of Americans -- which means that finding a new approach to weight loss is more critical than ever.

The Journal goes on to comment saying that low-calorie, portioned controlled meals are the best way to go about structuring your weight loss program. Currently the Health Management Resources program is the nations leading provider of medically supervised weight management programs.  They are so medically efficient that most centers are located in hospitals, medical centers, and universities across the United States.

Their "decision-free" diets consist of meal replacement shakes, entrees, and nutrition bars.  These dieters were also required to attend weekly classes, make mid-week phone calls with a health educator, and had to burn a minimum of 2,000 calories through exercise each week.

Help me diet!

There are so many diets listed in magazines and TV that it is so hard to find out which one is really good for you!  I have literally been busting my butt with eating only green stuff and doing over a hundred squats at my local gym, and nothing seems to be working!  Can somebody please tell me what the true diet secret it?  I would seriously like a course that can detail day to day what exactly I should be doing in order to lose that extra three inches off my waist.  It is so hard getting this weight off, and celebrities these days make it look so easy.  I would give anything for Sienna Millers waist line, but its not like I can ask her how she does it.  Maybe the new People that just came in the mail can let me know.

I swear if they come up with a million more new diets that are proven to work, I might have to just lock myself up and do absolutely nothing and become a diet fat blob.  I think I eat correctly, and I work out enough, so what could the major malfunction be?  Maybe I need to be saving my money up to go see a nutritionist.  I just wont pay for anything else; my nutritionist will be my best friend, and I mean that from the bottom of my heart and soul.  I have had enough with this diet phenomenon.  Give me the facts, and I will live by it.  I do not need these phony antioxidant pills that cost hundreds of dollars to not do anything!  It is time I take this situation into my own hands, and confide in someone that actually help me.  Forget you, People Magazine and US Weekly. I will achieve the beauty of Sienna Millers waist line, and I will be the happiest lady on the face of this planet.

Stop Eatiing!?

I have made a decision; all of these diet fads out there are a load of nothing.  I see Lindsay Lohan is on this killer diet and does all these special things everyday to keep a healthy figure, but I do not have the money to spend on all the treatments and surgeries she is capable of getting.  Besides, the girl looks like a stick within two weeks of an article being written on good she looks when she actually has meat on her bones.  Give the girl a break, and lets see how average girls on a daily basis are able to lose weight.  Some people can naturally melt the weight off of them, but for others, like myself, it is a lot more work than eating an apple and doing a few crunches.

I try so hard to keep myself healthy, and make sure I get the right amount of vitamins and nutrients I need everyday.  Why is it such a struggle for the average woman to lose weight and keep it off?  These celebrity diets just seem to be eating disorders, and I am personally not down with that in any way.  Check out how Paris Hilton keeps her figure so tight! Oh right, just stop eating food altogether so the media can "ooh" and "ahh" at how her wrists look like a small childs.  Just give me a diet plan that really works, America, and we will see if there really is a solution to this weight loss turmoil!
